Baarish

Baarish is a 1957 Bollywood movie starring Dev Anand and Nutan in the lead roles. The film is about a beautiful friendship between Dev Anand and Nutan. Ramu is a young carefree man of pigeon breeds. One day he experienced the shock of his life - His best friend Gopal is murdered.

This is a spectacular lithographic vintage Bollywood poster of the old Hindi film Baarish (1957). The poster features actress Nutan in a brilliant hand painted rendition in the poster. Bearing an innocent smile, Nutan appears in a sensuous avatar wearing a saree drenched in the rain. The title of the film uses an interesting typeset comprising fine brush strokes to give it a “rainy” reflecting the name of the film.
